Reservations require credit card. If cancellations are
made less than ten days in advance for regular nights,
or fourteen days in advance for Holidays then you are
responsible for payment. Some special events like
college graduation, parents, & alumni weekends, etc.
have a no cancellation policy. You will be charged
unless room is rented by another party. We will make
every attempt to re-rent the room.
Holidays, Special Events and some weekends require a
two to three night minimum stay,
Early check outs or late check ins are responsible for
the original reservation period.
No shows will be charged.
